Hi, I’m Tina

Hi, I’m Tina—mom of three, certified pediatric sleep consultant, and someone who truly loves sleep.

I’ve always believed in the power of good rest—not just for babies, but for moms too. With each of my three daughters, I took a gentle yet structured approach to sleep shaping, and by 8 to 10 weeks, they were all consistently sleeping through the night. I know that with the right plan, great sleep is possible, and I love helping other families find their rhythm too.

My approach is personalized, practical, and holistic—considering everything from schedules to soothing techniques to your child’s unique temperament. With over 15 years of yoga practice, I value balance in both body and mind, and I apply that philosophy to sleep coaching. It’s about setting boundaries, not rigid rules—creating a flow that works for your family.

Outside of sleep coaching, I love hiking by the river with my goldendoodle, Cleo, and cherishing the messy, simple moments with my girls—Sunday crafting, scavenger hunts in the forest, and cozy tea time after preschool, a nod to my husband’s British roots. In the evenings, I recharge with candles, a warm bath, and a good book.

I believe connection is everything. It grounds us, gives us purpose, and provides the support we need to navigate life’s challenges.

Let’s work together to bring more rest, balance, and joy into your home—because when your little one sleeps well, so do you, and that changes everything.

As a mom, I know the exhaustion of juggling it all—trying to care for everyone without losing yourself. Sleep struggles are just one more thing on your plate, but I can help.

At Luna Lullabies Sleep Coaching, I offer gentle, personalized sleep solutions so you can breathe easier, rest better, and show up as the mom you want to be.
