Two-Weeks to Tranquility Plan

The Two-Weeks to Tranquility Plan is a customized 1:1 sleep coaching experience for children ages 4 months through preschool, providing the guidance and support to help your little ones sleep better. With a personalized plan and daily check-ins and text support, I’ll be with you every step of the way—helping you go from exhausted to well-rested in just two weeks.

  • Discovery Call – Let’s connect, talk through your sleep struggles, and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Intake Questionnaire – A deep dive into your little one’s sleep patterns, temperament, and your family’s unique needs.

  • Consultation Call – We’ll go over everything—what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to be—so I can create a sleep plan that fits your child and your family.

  • Personalized Sleep Plan – A step-by-step, easy-to-follow plan designed just for you, grounded in science but made for real life.

  • Kickoff Call – Before you start, we’ll walk through the plan together, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.

  • Two Weeks of Daily Support –I'll check in with you daily, like texting a friend, to set nightly goals, refine your child’s schedule, answer questions, and fine-tune the plan as we go.

  • Wrap-Up Call – We’ll review progress, talk about upcoming schedule changes, and make sure you feel set up for long-term sleep success.

Sleep Shaping Plan

The Sleep Shaping Plan is a personalized 1:1 coaching experience for babies 6-14 weeks, designed to establish healthy sleep habits while ensuring all your baby’s needs are met—naturally leading to longer stretches and sleeping through the night. Over four weeks, I’ll teach you the method I refined to get all three of my babies sleeping through the night by 8-10 weeks. We’ll work together through a tailored plan, daily check-ins, and follow-up calls to support restful nights.
